Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Recepta's AI receptionist services. By signing a Service Agreement with Recepta, you agree to these terms.

Services

Recepta provides an AI-powered receptionist that answers inbound calls on behalf of your business. Services include:

• 24/7 AI call answering
• Appointment booking and confirmation
• Lead capture and call logging
• SMS and email notifications to the business owner after each call
• SMS confirmation messages to callers who book appointments

Services are configured specifically for each client business based on information provided during onboarding.

Messaging Program

Recepta sends two types of SMS messages:

• Appointment confirmations sent to callers who verbally consent during the call
• Lead notifications sent to business owners as part of their service

Message frequency varies based on call volume. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact admin@receptahq.com. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Pricing

Recepta charges a one-time setup fee and a monthly retainer as outlined in your Service Agreement. Payment is collected automatically via Stripe. The setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly service may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

Limitation of Liability

Recepta is not liable for lost revenue, missed calls, AI-generated errors, or service outages outside of Recepta's control. The AI may occasionally misunderstand callers or provide incomplete information. Recepta's total liability in any circumstance is limited to the monthly fee paid for the month in which the issue occurred.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel service with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, all client data will be deleted within 30 days upon request.
